Those familiar with the various sectors of Messianic Judaism will probably find my list of links rather…convoluted. I agree that it is quite the assorted mix of organizations. But that’s precisely my reason for posting them. I don’t endorse or agree with everything found on them (gosh, is there anything we completely agree with, aside from Scripture?), but I do find merit in many things found there (even if I don’t agree). Furthermore, I know individuals within each camp and know that they all are Jesus-loving people who are trying to figure things out the best they can.
We need to be a more conversational movement. There are many issues that need worked out, and we won’t solve them until we allow our precious ideals to be critiqued by those who may see things differently. We’ll either find that, a) we were wrong, b) we were partially right, partially wrong, or c) our conviction will be strengthened when we are able to think through criticism and still remain convinced. Intellectual honesty demands it.
